Blogs aren’t just for bloggers, even for a freelance writer, success starts with having a blog.
I’ll briefly explain why.
First, a blog attracts clients. When you have a blog, you can optimize it for SEO, rank high in search engines, and land clients who are searching for freelance writers in your niche.
Second, through blogging, you can position yourself as an expert in your niche. And when you are considered an expert, you command premium rates for your freelance writing services.
Moreover, your readers will be more eager to buy or subscribe to your products.
Lastly, a blog is an excellent networking tool for writers. You can meet other freelance writers in your niche, learn from them and even get job referrals which can build your client base.
And you’d be mistaken to think that setting up a blog is costly and complicated because it’s not.
